Traci was bitten by the acting bug as a youngster after being dragged, kicking and screaming, to the Merry Go Round Theatre Children’s School at the Alley Theatre in Houston, Texas where the smell of grease paint and the red velvet seats lead her to her childhood debut in a slew of productions with The Houston Grand Opera. She continued her passion, performing in local and regional productions as well as receiving a full theatrical scholarship to the University of Houston where she studied under the extraordinary tutelage of both Cecil Pickett and Dr. Sidney Berger. Traci continues to enjoy a fulfilling career in New York City which includes theatre, television, voice-overs, commercials, playwriting and, of course, activism.
Traci is known for her long-time recurring roles of Detective Agnes Farley on LAW & ORDER CRIMINAL INTENT, Dr. Elaine Schiller on AS THE WORLD TURNS and Ashley Butler on GRAND THEFT AUTO as well as numerous guest appearances on SOPRANOS, ALL MY CHILDREN, ONE LIFE TO LIVE, and the original LAW & ORDER.

Traci’s stage plays include MILES TO GO BEFORE I SLEEP (London and New York) and the award-winning SWEET TEXAS RECKONING which has been honored with First Place Winner of: The New Works Of Merit International Playwriting Contest 2015; Panndora Production’s Playwriting Contest of 2015 where it enjoyed an extremely successful run and was named “Best Of Theatre 2016” in Orange County, California; and Chicago’s Artemisia Theatre Fall Festival of 2016.
